Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ikkatva, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handloom products. Due to the delicate and unique nature of handwoven sarees and fabrics, we follow a strict No-Return, No-Exchange, and No-Refund Policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another item. Please review product details and photos carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged Products
In the rare event that a product arrives with a significant manufacturing defect, you must provide an Unboxing Video (unedited, from start to finish) within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review the video and, if approved, provide a replacement of the same item. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or handed over to Shiprocket, no cancellations will be accepted.
